Some basic information on GATE......

This post on my blog is intended to give some very basic, simple information on GATE, and to explain why it is so important now a day…..

These images, I captured on 23/07/2016 and are from Mumbai edition of Hindustan times.

It clearly, says that the candidate, wishing to appear in the interviews must have a valid GATE score. In this case, GATE 2017.

GATE is ‘Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering’ conducted every year for PG admissions. So many of you might have heard about it, so many might have not.

But what is important is, that now a days, not only for admissions in PG, but also for the selection process in some cream jobs, many companies are considering GATE score, or good GATE score, is being accepted at many places, as a benchmark of performance.

Though, for final year students it is a bit late to start preparing, still for starting, any time is good.

It is advisable to start preparing at 05th semester level.
